Zhejiang Rising Fasteners Co., Ltd., is a joint-venture invested by Hangzhou Spring Washer Co., Ltd. And a foreign investor. Our company was established in 2004, located in the state-level Hangzhou Xiaoshan Economic & Technological Development Zone.

Mainly specializing in manufacturing hex socket screws and hex cap screws in the grades of 8.8, 10.9 and 12.9, our company has upgraded our quality of high-strength bolts by the technical co-operation between our holding company Hangzhou Sping Washer Co., Ltd. And reputable Japanese company which is professional in manufacturing 12.9 grade socket screws. Our company has introduced advanced manufacturing technology and management system of making high-strength bolts from Japan by sending our staff members to Japan for training as well as having Japanese experts to give technical advices on site at factory.
